"I’m currently with Progressive, and when it was time to renew my policy, I decided to visit Ted Hope at his State Farm office.
Ted was there on a Saturday and took the time to sit down with me and discuss my insurance needs. Although he wasn’t able to beat Progressive’s rate, what stood out to me was his genuine sincerity and the way he communicated with me.
You can hear the honesty in Ted’s voice, and it’s clear that he truly cares about serving people. His dedication to serving his country is also something I deeply respect and appreciate.
Sometimes, it’s not just about getting the lowest price—it’s about the character of the person you’re dealing with. Ted Hope demonstrated that kind of character, and I’m grateful I had the opportunity to meet with him."

"I see a lot of great reviews about Ted Hope and his office but I don’t seem to get the same communication with him or his office. I can never reach him when I have important or any type of question about my home owners insurance policy. I can never reach him or his wife by phone text or emails take days to get answered. My insurance was almost canceled so to the lack of communication form him and his office. I’m looking to change my insurance agent 🤔 I tried continuing working with his office after the correction of my policy and now I’m looking to add a new policy and again I’ve been calling him all day on this Friday and has not received a answer call back or nothing. Communication is key in Business."
